I plan and post an event for the week. Each event packs a creative flavor of cultural, social, and the most economical means of having fun. You decide whether you want to come along or not. Simple as that. What is the flavor of this week? Check out my posts!

WEEK 13 - Chicken Enchilada Suizas

I've made regular enchiladas before, with the red sauce, but never suizas. I love them when I try them in Mexican restaurants though, so I'm hoping I can make this dish right and do the flavors justice!

MONTH 1 - 3

I have not been good about keeping up on this blog lately. My apologies. Hence, I have not posted my monthly blog events publicly. Although I am still crazy busy and out and about all the time, I've had much more secluded events with different groups of friends. I doubt anyone still reads this thing, and I don't even know if I should keep up for the readers' sake. I think for my own sake I want to keep up because it's like an online diary (censored for the public eye.) If anyone is out there, still reading every week like you used to, please leave a comment. I just want to know what your thoughts are. I want to write a book still but being a Sagittarius, I tend to dream too big to achieve everything I endeavor to do. But at least I have aspirations and gusto to fall back on.

Just to fill you in, here are the events I had planned for Months 1 - 3 (Jan, Feb, Mar).

MONTH 1: Girls' Night - Vision Boards and Animal Totem Cards
MONTH 2: Super Bowl - Packers v. Steelers
MONTH 3: Mardi Gras Potluck at Moonscoop
