I plan and post an event for the week. Each event packs a creative flavor of cultural, social, and the most economical means of having fun. You decide whether you want to come along or not. Simple as that. What is the flavor of this week? Check out my posts!

- EGGPLANT PARMESAN: It took much longer than I would have liked, especially 'cause we started at 9pm! Didn't eat it till midnight. But it tasted pretty good. We added a lot more to the tomato sauce than the recipe called for. The pan, once out of the oven, was a massive 15-pounder! The melted cheese on top tasted phenomenal! Slightly burnt, tastes like heaven with a heart-attack! Yum! I will definitely make it again, at a much earlier time. Perhaps for a party of 10!

WEEK 41: Eggplant Parmesan

Never made it before, but hear it's delish! Eggplant - my fave veg. Cheese - delicious no matter what kind! :)

MONTH 10: Fall Festivities

Not quite a Halloween party, but a party to celebrate the advent of autumn, my favorite time of year when the winds begin to cool and the scarves start to layer around my neck. The calling of boots to my feet and apple-cinnamon pumpkin spice filling every corridor in my house. First it begins with playing dress-up for Halloween, second is filling our bellies to their brims on Thanksgiving, and finally presents and family time on Christmas. Here's what's on the menu:

1. Candied Apples
http://www.mahalo.com/how-to-make-perfect-candy-apples
2. Pumpkin Carving
3.

Friday night, Oct. 29th, we're going out in costume.
7pm - Nick Halloween Party
8pm - Villains Tavern
10pm - Karaoke

Saturday fun
