My own FLAVOR of the WEEK - Mediterranean Pizza

WHAT: Mediterranean Pizza
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On a round pizza pan place
1. Pita bread or Lavash (I personally like the latter because it's cracker thin)
2. Spread Tomato sauce
3. Put on Toppings (any of your choice, but these are ingredients I like)
- mushrooms
- sausage
- onion
- cheese (mozzarella or goat)
- tomato
- spinach
4. Finish Herbs and spices
- Thyme
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- Basil
- Crushed Red Peppers
- Oregano
5. Place pizza in the oven for 7 minutes.
Voila! Yumtastic, simple, and easy! My favorite kind of food! :)

- REVIEW on POPOVERS!
Finally got my popover pan from Amazon - Chicago Metallic - which had 5 out of 5 stars on Amazon from over 50 reviews. Love the pan! Makes the biggest popovers I've ever made... well, the first and only popovers I've ever made. But they're as big as the ones we get at restaurants.
Yummy! Tasty! Best hot thing out of the oven... Melt in your mouth, light and airy. I also made chicken tacos. What a delicious meal! Tony came over and gave me some edits to do.
Wednesday
- Back to mom's - hung out with Mehu for the day
- Applied for a job as a junior designer at Pinnacle Designs, referred by Tony
- Heard back from job and got called in for an interview

Thursday

- Interview at Pinnacle...

Friday
- Finished editing video/color correction
- Daikokuya (Ramen) in Little Tokyo followed by "Dementia" at Los Angeles Theatre

Saturday
- Mugshots
- Mom's house - made popovers again! Ry made fries. Mom made steak. Yum to all!
Sunday

- REVIEW on Kulov Tea Festival
Mehu was my date. We got to Royal-T at around 1pm, which was good because we got to eat a light lunch. I love their crispy tuna rolls and veggie green tea soba noodles! Yum! We sampled a lot of teas, and then went to the Tea Ceremony, where we learned a little bit about the origins of the ceremony and got to sample some Kashiwa Mochi and Matcha Green Tea. We had prime seats in the lecture. It was pretty fun! We bought a few teas and I bought an "Alice in Wonderland" T-shirt, since I love tea and the story. Love Royal-T for their artspace, dining space, shop, tea time, and overall Japaneseness! Fun place!

- REVIEW ON SUPPER SUNDAY - PIZZAS (from scratch)
The thinner the better for this recipe. It took about 15 minutes to stir things together and wait... then another 10 to knead the dough... then had to let it sit for an hour... watched the yeast rise. Then we rolled out the pizza dough and put them on pizza platters for 10 minutes in the oven. Then topped it with tomato sauce, cheese, basil, oregano, red pepper, onion, mushroom, bell pepper, tomato, (and sausage for the meat-eaters). Put it in the oven and backed for about 15 minutes each. Had a really thick crust, a medium-thick crust, and a medium crust. Next time I will make it medium or thin. Too much dough tonight. Mom, Tony, and Mehu loved it. Thanks to Mehu who helped me make the pizzas. Couldn't do it without her! :)
