- Flew back into LA

- Afternoon nap (my favorite)
- Down to OC
- Hung with the step-family, picked up Iris, ate Koren BBQ at Corner Place, Yogurtland for dessert







Tuesday
- Took Iris on a whirlwind tour of LA:
1. Downtown (Wurstkuchen (Rattlesnake, Alligtator, and Duck Bacon sausages), Little Tokyo (I got a parasol, Iris tried Mochilato for the first time)
2. Scoops
3. Melrose
4. The Grove/Farmer's Market
5. LACMA
6. Hollywood/Highland - walk of fame, Michael Jackson (RIP) and Johnny Depp
7. Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles

Wednesday
- Drove Iris to Airport
- Watched "Public Enemies" at Arclight






Thursday
- Lillian's Wedding - my first Jewish wedding

Friday
- Writing, lazy day








Saturday
- 4th of July (my poor car was a victim of a hit and run... again...)
1. Aunt Linda's - played croquet, ate BBQ
2. Nick and EV's - played Celebrity, more eating
