I can't believe I forgot to put this one in the books (I mean, blog.)
We went on this hike a couple weekends ago. Nick grew up in Ojai, so he showed us some cool hiking spots. Beautiful waterfalls, and cool swimming holes with natural water slides. The water was warm. There were rattlesnakes and poison ivy to beware, but the friendly water snake and plenty of sage and other pleasant scents for the good olfactory.
8 mile hike, 8 hours roundtrip.
Phew, I'm exhausted.
